Healthcare implementations fail when the people building the solution don't understand how care is actually delivered. That's the gap I've spent 7+ years closing — first as a clinical informaticist embedded in a health system, then as an implementation consultant at Cerner, and across several health tech companies since.
Along the way I've worked across every level of a health system: sitting with nurses and physicians to redesign workflows at the bedside, partnering with operations managers to build scalable processes, and presenting findings to executives and administrators. My RN background lets me speak every one of those languages fluently.
